Gynae Oncology Staging

Dear all,

FIGO introduced new changes to cancer staging classification which have been in place for about a year now. If there will be questions on cancer staging from 2016 onwards, these new changes are essential to get your answers right!

Please memorise the single sheet, you will need notes on the second page in the initial stages. Once you have remembered those facts, you can do away with the second page. With practice, cancer staging can be an important source of precious marks.

We hope this sheet helps you to achieve that aim!!

Please download it for free by clicking on the link below.

You can also locate it on the Gynaecology sub-page in the Oncology section.

Good luck with your revision, see you at the Gynaepedia Masterclass!

Thromboprophylaxis RCOG 2015

Hello all,

The College loves thromboprophylaxis. It has indeed had a significant impact in lowering maternal mortality in recent years which is a testament to its importance.

The new guideline has come out and it has some significant changes. That means any new questions will be modelled around the new guideline. Obviously, we will decimate it at GEM, but for those not attending, please go to the Obstetrics page, find it, download it and happy revising!!
